KenHome Foundation
Give · Offline & Institutional

Every method of giving is received, recorded, and receipted.

Many donors prefer — or require — giving by check, wire, securities, or donor-advised fund. Every contribution, regardless of channel, enters the same ledger, generates the same tax receipt, and receives the same stewardship through grand opening.

Notifying us in advance (form below) ensures your gift is matched to your record and receipted promptly upon arrival.

Wire Transfer & ACH
Domestic and international

Wire instructions are provided on request, by secure channel. Please notify us below, or email office@kenhome.foundation, and the Office of the CEO will transmit routing information.

Please do not initiate a wire without prior notification — unidentified wires can delay receipt issuance and reconciliation.

Gifts of Securities
Publicly-traded stock, bonds, mutual funds

Gifts of appreciated securities held more than one year are generally deductible at full fair-market value, and the Foundation liquidates at no capital-gains cost to the donor.

Notify us below with the name of the security and the expected transfer date; a member of the Foundation will provide DTC instructions for delivery through your broker.

Donor-Advised Fund Grants
Fidelity · Schwab · Vanguard · Community Foundations

Recommend a grant to KenHome Foundation from your DAF sponsor. Our legal name is KenHome Foundation, EIN 33-2575958.

Because the tax deduction was received when the DAF was funded, no tax receipt is issued for the grant itself; however, we'll send you a formal acknowledgment and enroll you in project updates.

Real Property & Complex Assets
Real estate, private equity, cryptocurrency, IRA QCDs

The Foundation accepts gifts of real property, privately-held securities, cryptocurrency, and Qualified Charitable Distributions from IRAs (donors aged 70½ or older).

These gifts require advance coordination; please contact the Office of the CEO directly so that the Foundation's counsel can assist in structuring the transfer.

Pledges & Multi-Year Commitments
Major and leadership gifts

Transformational gifts — including Building-Naming-Rights class commitments — are typically structured as multi-year pledges against a gift agreement executed with the Foundation.

Donors considering a leadership or naming gift are invited to notify the Foundation below, and the Office of the CEO will follow up to structure the commitment in alignment with the city and project of interest.

Notify the Foundation

Tell us your gift is on the way.

Completing this form creates a record in our system before the gift arrives, so that your contribution is matched to you the moment it is received — and your receipt is issued without delay.

Upon receipt of the gift, a formal tax-deductible contribution receipt will be issued and delivered to you by email and, if elected, by post. For wire instructions, please email office@kenhome.foundation — we do not publish routing information. Gifts are final and nonrefundable.

Contributions to KenHome Foundation are irrevocable charitable gifts and are not refundable. Donors who believe a contribution was made in error should contact the Office of the CEO.
